Delete your BalanceAhead account

You can permanently delete your account and stored BalanceAhead data from inside the web app.

Before you delete

Download an export from Settings → Data & Web App if you want a copy.
If you have BalanceAhead Pro, account deletion cancels the subscription immediately. Any remaining paid access ends when you confirm deletion.

Deletion steps

Sign in to BalanceAhead.
Open Settings → Account & Data.
Select Delete my account.
Enter the account email and type DELETE.
Select Permanently delete.

Deletion removes your authentication account and stored BalanceAhead financial, planning, profile, feedback, and billing-status records. It cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained where required for payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
